He also has practice in Administrative Litigation before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice and Judiciary of the Federation, as well as Constitutional trials before District Courts and Collegiate Circuit Courts. Prior to joining CAYPE Abogados Eduardo has worked in different law firms in Mexico City, such as Mijares Angoitia Cortés y Fuentes, S.C., Avalerroux, S.C. as managing partner of the litigation area of Intellectual Property and Gallastegui Armella PI Abogados as a partner in the Intellectual Property Area.
