Miguel Angel Bardales is Of Counsel of CAYPE Abogados, His practice has been distinguished mainly in the areas of Entertainment Law and Production of Audiovisual Content, including Copyright Law. Within his professional experience, Mr. Bardales has assisted different clients in the media and entertainment industry, such as content producers, distributors, advertising agencies, artists, writers, among many others, in Mexico and abroad. In addition, he has participated in various negotiations with unions and collective management societies. He has extensive experience in legal advice in corporate, transactional, and business matters, as well as in matters related to the production, co-production, distribution, exhibition, transmission of audiovisual content and advertising campaigns. Prior to joining CAYPE Abogados Mr. Bardales worked at Grupo Televisa, as head of the legal department for the production, acquisitions, and programming areas, as well as for other business areas of the company; at Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa and CIA.; and Deloitte Legal Mexico City. EducaTION Mr. Bardales holds a law degree from the Anahuac University., in Mexico City (2002). Additionally, he has obtained certificates in Entertainment Law and Copyright Law courses.
