Pamela Santa Rita Morán joined CAYPE Abogados in 2018 as Associate, her practice has been distinguished in the areas of Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Corporate Governance, Pamela also has experience in the execution of acts related to all commercial companies. Prior to joining the firm, Pamela worked in Ortiz, Noriega y González S.C., where she developed mainly in the constitution and the correct execution of the operations carried out by the commercial companies; previously worked in Notary Public No. 79 in Mexico City of which Mr. Gerardo González Meza Hoffmann, as well as in the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), where she practiced in both civil and commercial agreements and public tenders.
