Gabriela Rubiera S. is an Associate of CAYPE Abogados, her practice has been distinguished in Real Estate, Notary and Contractual Law, Gabriela has experience in the elaboration and review of all types of civil and commercial contracts, among them purchase sale, lease, construction, due diligence of real estate, trusts, credits, among others. Prior to joining CAYPE Abogados, Gabriela worked in companies such as GICSA (Grupo Inmobiliario Cababie), Hermes Corporativo, S.A. de C.V., Némesis Capital, S.A. de C.V., where she focused on developing and reviewing leases, service agreements, buy sell agreements, consumption agreements, credit agreements, etc. As well as in the Notary Public No.168 of the State of Mexico owned by Mr. Juan Carlos Ortega Reyes.
