Enrique is Partner at CAYPE Abogados. He advises local and foreign clients in complex labor and employment matters, including union negotiations, planning for new and existing investments in efficient labor structures, executive transfers and terminations, social security and data privacy matters, formation and implementation of pension plans, equity compensation programs, and flexible benefit plans.

Enrique also advises clients on labor matters in mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and privatizations and has developed successful labor relations strategies. He has assisted clients in complex collective litigation, including strikes, work stoppages, union certification and inter-union conflicts.

Prior to joining CAYPE Abogados, he worked in different law firms, Baker Mckenzie, Abraham Magaña y asociados (Cancún), Vega Rueda Consultores, S.C., as managing partner and Vega, Vielma & Gleva Abogados.

EDUCATION

Enrique Holds a law degree from the Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Anáhuac del Norte (1999) postgraduate studies in the Management Competencies Improvement (PCG 17 Mexico City.) from the Center for Training and Management Improvement (ICAMI) Postgraduate studies In Corporate and Labor law (Centro de Estudios de Postgrado en Derecho) Postgraduate studies in employment litigation (UAM) and  Currently, Enrique is studying a master's degree in Labor Law Centro de Estudios Carbonell.
