Andrea is Partner at CAYPE Abogados. She has extensive professional experience advising local and foreign clients in labor and employment matters. She assists clients in employment litigation before federal and local conciliation and arbitration boards. For several years she has advised several companies with the administration of labor claims before labor authorities throughout Mexico, as well as to advise and review of employment practices to ensure employer compliance with labor and social security regulations.

Prior to joining CAYPE Abogados she worked in different law firms in Mexico City,  Casares, Castelazo, Frías, Tenorio y Zarate, S.C., Vega Rueda Consultores, S.C. y Avalerroux, S.C. , and as a partner in Vega, Vielma & Gleva Abogados.

Education

She has a degree in law from Barra Mexicana de Abogados, postgraduate studies in the Management Competencies Improvement, from the Developing Middle managers for a higher level  (ICAMI) and has taken various diplomas in Labor Law.
