Almudena Ariza G., is partner at CAYPE Abogados.  Almudena’s practice has been distinguished mainly in the areas of Corporate and Securites Law, primarily in the area of Corporate Governance. Prior to her entry to CAYPE Abogados, Almudena worked for a Grupo Modelo, S. A. B. de C.V. During the 8 years she worked at Grupo Modelo, S.A.B. de C.V., she actively participated in the implementation and strengthening of the corporate governance practice of the issuer, previously working at the law firm White & Case, LLP., in the Mexico City office. Almudena has experience in the management of issuing secretariats, including Operation of the Board of Directors, Support Committees and Development of Shareholders' Meetings, her practice also includes stock.

Education

Almudena Ariza holds a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana, A.C., Mexico City campus (2005). In addition, she has studies in corporate governance and securities market legislation by the Escuela Libre de Derecho.

She has also been a substitute professor for the subject of Introduction to Corporate Law at the Universidad Iberoamericana, A.C., Mexico City campus.
