Javier Lapuente Tenorio joined the CAYPE Abogados as Associate in 2025, focusing his practice on the areas of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Before joining the firm, he worked at Notarías Asociadas 229 and 242 in Mexico City, where he gained experience in the areas of Civil, Commercial, and Real Estate Law. He then worked at Gaxiola Calvo, S.C., where he performed activities related to project financing, credit restructuring, consulting, and mergers and acquisitions.
