Luis Alberto Pérez G., is one of the founding partners of CAYPE Abogados; founded in 2009. For almost 20 years Luis Alberto Pérez G. has provided various legal services to domestic and international clients. During his professional practice, Mr. Pérez has participated in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and venture capital, as well as the structuring of various and complex trusts and transactions in connection with the acquisition or sale of various fixed assets in Mexico.

Prior to founding CAYPE, Mr. Pérez worked at Haynes and Boone, LLP -in the Dallas and Mexico City offices from 2008 to 2009, as well as in Von Wobeser y Sierra, S.C., from 2002 to 2007.

Education

Luis Alberto Pérez G. holds a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana, A.C., Mexico City campus (2005), a Master's degree in Law from Northwestern University, School of Law (2008) and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University (2008 (2008). He also holds a diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the Escuela Libre de Derecho (2006).

Mr. Pérez has taught Introduction to Law, History of Law and Assets at the Universidad Iberoamericana, A.C., Mexico City campus. Universidad Iberoamericana, A.C. campus Ciudad de México.
