Carlos Mauricio Gleva R. is Partner at CAYPE Abogados. He has provided labor and employment services to domestic and international clients. During this professional practice Mauricio has assist our clients on preventive advise and review of employment practices to ensure employer compliance with labor and social security regulations, he also has participated with on-going matters including employment agreements, terminations and fringe benefit planning. He has extensive experience in attendance at labor claims before federal and local conciliation and arbitration boards throughout Mexico, as well as in an amparo lawsuit (constitutional review).

Prior to joining CAYPE Abogados he worked in different law firms in Mexico City as an associate at Maillard, Cerbón, Canudas y Asociados, Vega Rueda Consultores, S.C. and Avalerroux, S.C., and as a partner in and as a partner in Vega, Vielma & Gleva Abogados.

Education

He has a degree in law from Barra Nacional de Abogados, and a Postgraduate degree in Amparo Law (constitutional review) from the Universidad Panamericana. Additionally, he has a diploma in Labor Law taught by Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de México. Currently, he is pursuing a master's degree in Labor Law from the Universidad Panamericana.
