Renato Ornelas R. is a new Associate at CAYPE Abogados his practice has been distinguished mainly in the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate including trust structuring, commercial operations and transactions, asset purchase agreements, incorporation of companies, as well as aspects of corporate governance.

Prior to joining CAYPE Abogados he worked at Von Wobeser y Sierra, S.C.was part of the legal team of Trust Management Sourcingand before that at the Law Firm De Lorenzo Abogados, in Madrid, Spain (2019).
