Pamela Santa Rita M. joined CAYPE Abogados in 2018 as Associate, her practice has been distinguished in the areas of Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Corporate Governance, Pamela also has experience in the execution of acts related to all commercial companies

Prior to joining the firm, Pamela worked in Ortiz, Noriega y González S.C., where she developed mainly in the constitution and the correct execution of the operations carried out by the commercial companies; previously worked in Notary Public No. 79 in Mexico City of which Mr. Gerardo González Meza Hoffmann, as well as in the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), where she practiced in both civil and commercial agreements and public tenders.

Education

Pamela Santa Rita Santa Rita has a Law Degree from the Universidad Panamericana, Campus Mixcoac (2017). And she obtained a diploma from New York University (NYU) for completing the program “Essentials of US International Tax Law”
