José María Fernández de la Mela es Socio de CAYPE Abogados, Oficina de Madrid. Su práctica se centra en Derecho de los Negocios y goza de amplia experiencia en el ámbito inmobiliario. Asesora habitualmente en operaciones mercantiles con componente inmobiliario, incluyendo contratos llave en mano, estructuración y financiación de proyectos y resolución de disputas en materia de construcción. Ha representado a clientes, tanto nacionales como extranjeros, en controversias complejas ante tribunales judiciales y arbitrales.

Previously, he spent more than ten years in the litigation and arbitration practice of Uría Menéndez. His international background includes secondments at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York and Holland & Knight LLP in Miami.
